Forward Training Concepts “Fight Hacker: Escapeology” (FH-1) is a two day (16-hour) instructional class focused on understanding, actualizing, and building functional principles, concepts, and skills of purposeful movement – both unarmed and armed applications while progressing from disadvantageous position/situation to dominating the fight.
