To The Hilt Week 2025 | October 14-19, 2025 | Jacksonville, TX

Decades of skills and knowledge in 6 days.

“To the Hilt” is about depth. It’s a class designed for those unafraid of commitment to the craft, those seeking depth and substance in both understanding and performance of the skills framed by the curriculum.

“To the Hilt” week is once a year class, limited to 10 participants. While not a requirement, we do recommend having attended “Escapeology” and “Shooter/Fighter Matrix” classes at the minimum prior, to maximize the benefits of “To the Hilt 2025” week.

The class will be both physically and mentally demanding.

Four main topics of the deep dive:

  • Movement within clinch: refining core aspects of initiation, explosiveness, directional structure. 12 hours.
  • 2(5) DP (Deep Penetration): fine tuning all aspects of work within “3 columns” of Two(Five) drill. 12 hours. Live fire.
  • Slice’ology- more than just a tip. In depth (pun intended) work on pre-contact and in-fight access, defensive/disruptive work, offensive/final work, utilization of single/double/1.5 edge designs. 12 hours
  • IDF (Individual Diagnostics for a Fighter) for Impactology: fundamental and not so obvious essentials of developing most efficient strikes and kicks. 12 hours
