Let me introduce you to “The Forge”.
It was born around 15 years ago, in Florida. It spent about another 14 years going through very slow and painful development stage in the “womb” prior to its arrival. And- it’s genetic mapping has been a process that lasted for many centuries somewhere in Eastern Europe and Siberia prior to that.
Its roots are nothing else but pursuit of pure form of performance of function. Performance that focuses on efficiency in utilizing full potential of that, which is most often in hibernation stage in most people over 14 years old. Especially in Western world with its extremely sedentary lifestyle.
And that something is known as Core Strength.
The focus of all five structured stages, and following free form architecture of “The Forge” is functional, lasting and healthy, multi-dimensional strength of human core structures.
That includes in-depth examination and adjustments to bio-mechanics of exercises performed, fine tune-up of utilization of skeletal structure to facilitate maximum workload on intended muscles and connective tissue.
What “Forge” isn’t is a weightlifting or power-lifting program. So if you are in pursuit of high poundage and repetition-set numbers as a measuring stick of strength, continue on with google-fu till you find what you are looking for.
If you are looking for applicable and adaptable strength for multiple complex applications in real life; be it athletics, combative realm and combat sports, or just a general performance and well being- hang around.
“Core” is often misunderstood and misinterpreted as simply “geography” of specific muscles and muscle groups, without consideration of function. “The Forge” utilizes the purpose of function as a determining factor in structuring it’s exercises, routines and programs.
Core structures are targeted in such a way as to develop them into a true fundamental “core” of movement and function, the driving force for prime mover muscles involvement.
“Forge” is offered in 5 distinct programs:
After the “Diagnostics” and “Foundation” stages the program is highly individualized to reflect each persons strengths and weaknesses, as well as needs.
It is available in three levels:
Each level offers different intensities, depth of individual interaction and coaching.
After you register for the level of your choice, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include additional information, diagnostics test to be completed and sent back to us, and an invitation to join in on Fitbot interactive website, which will serve as a portal for everyday workout programs, with accompanying detailed videos for each exercise, and more.
